Tom’s Jurassic Coast Challenge

A massive round of applause to supporter Tom Wheaton, who recently tackled 32 gruelling miles of the South West Coast Path alongside 13 colleagues from ITV. Over three demanding days of relentless coastal climbs and descents, Tom laced up his boots to champion youth mental health. Every pound raised through his challenge directly funds Learning Space’s early-intervention programmes—from one-to-one specialist counselling to nature-based therapy groups—ensuring vulnerable children across Surrey receive tailored, neuro-affirming support before hitting crisis point.

“The Jurassic Coast certainly didn’t go easy on us—32 miles of relentless coastal hills will test anyone’s legs! But taking on the challenge alongside colleagues from ITV and knowing it was all in aid of Learning Space made every steep incline worth the effort. The work they do giving struggling young people early support and a safe place to recharge is incredible. Thank you so much to everyone who sponsored me; your generosity makes a genuine difference to local children who need it most.”
