Our practitioners Rebecca and Jo took on the challenge of the Reigate Half Marathon this September to raise funds for Learning Space. A first half marathon for both of them, they started their training in February and really had to push themselves through the winter months! Rebecca explained her motivation:  “Learning Space makes such a difference to children and young people, as we work in a solution focused way and are very child led.  I enjoy the work that I do with children and young people working towards their best hopes/ goals and seeing how they progress.”

Running together on the day of the half marathon, Rebecca and Jo spurred each other on, in the knowledge that they were pushing themselves for a good cause “All worth it for the aches and pains and not being able to walk properly and the slow recovery! Proud of myself and Jo for doing a half marathon which was not easy!”
